Fig Burrata Salad

A simple and nutritious salad, perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- figs
- 2 burrata
- 2 large handfuls arugula
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) extra-virgin olive oil
- drizzle of crème de balsamique
- roasted pine nuts
Recipe
Break the burrata into bite-sized pieces and quarter or halve the figs. Arrange arugula on a platter, followed by the burrata and the figs. Drizzle with olive oil and crème de balsamique, sprinkle roasted pine nuts and salt flakes to taste.
